Support for tasks

hi, I am finding that my mental health is deteriorating further and further as a result of several issues coming together at the same time.
I am waiting for a PiP tribunal date which is very stressful particularly as having spoken to someone that I know personally who applied for pip and was granted high rate daily living and standard mobility within a few weeks of applying. I know that he has simply exaggerated his position, he has no disability just playing the mental health card and was successful.
In addition i have been told by DWP that they want a second review of my benefit claim, the previous one was only a month before Christmas.
I have also been given notice from my landlord that they wish to sell the property i rent. I applied to my local authority to be told that they don’t have an obligation to house me in social housing and that I am not a priority as if I have to sleep rough and street live as a result I would not suffer any greater than an average person would! I have rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory arthritis, raynauds, in addition to my mental health. I rarely leave the property and spend the majority of my time in bed.
Is there any way that I can find help to support me with tasks that I need to do at this difficult time. I know that I need to get activities done to try to find an alternative property and collating information for my PiP tribunal but I simply can’t do it, I try but then find reasons to avoid doing it.
I am in therapy and video call with my therapist each week, I am at my whits end knowing that I am a genuine person who needs help but I see people who simply play the system and succeed.
mare there support workers who can help me with everything that I have going on and if so how do I find them?
