Universal Credit review

Hi everyone, just looking to see if anyone can advise me. Myself and husband have a joint UC claim that is currently under review. We have sent all requested bank statements apart from 2 months on a personal account each and our joint account. This is because they weren’t opened until October and not used until November, therefore there are no statements for September or October. UC put a note in our journal last week querying this and when I explained she asked if we could just send screenshots to show this, which we did. Today I had 2 phone calls one straight after the other that I cancelled (I was indisposed) and then they rang husband who was out. He answered on the second call and said he wasn’t able to talk but the man pushed on anyway. He said we hadn’t provided statements for those accounts and they had to be sent by Monday. Husband said it was all on the journal but man wasn’t interested. There’s nothing on the journal from today, just a new to-do task for each of us. I’ve put a note in the journal explaining the previous conversation as I can’t call anyone until Monday. I’m now massively anxious that they are going to close our claim for not providing evidence on time. Can this happen? What can I do?
TIA

I would try sending those screenshots again personally, I don't see what else you can do.
Unless you have online/app banking with the ability to generate a custom statement, which you could put the opening date as start date?

hi @Kimmy87 I’ve tried to get statements for them but can’t, the accounts didn’t even exist in September and October they were opened towards the end with no transactions. I’m so close to having an anxiety attack it’s unreal. I know it’s not our mistake but I’m so scared they will close the claim. We can’t survive without it
