Hi in my review should I send my letter award from tribunal won last time ? Also recently tried medical cannabis for depression and anxiety but didn't work. Should I put this down on my form to go in my favour along with copy of the medical cannabis prescriptions ? Really stressful is this 😫

Yes, you should definitely send the Tribunal decision letter with your review form. You can give information about the medical cannabis not working for you.
