    I’m not sure what your question is but yes up to 15 weeks for the MR decision.

    pip don’t expect me first time face to face interview I write again later to pip and send it I got messages from dwp that said 15 weeks to see again my case I know I know something about this

    For the Mandatory Reconsideration you don't usually have another assessment. For this a different decision maker will look at your claim again and make another decision.

    It's very low, under 30% I believe. The odds at Tribunal hearing are much higher, and there is also a chance the DWP will make a pre hearing offer.

    my experience is the MR is just a tick box exercise

    the tribunal that I attended was completely on ATOS side despite the assessor being unqualified and using someone else's report and the wrong medical condition, they upheld her decision?

    I hope you have better luck than I had back then!

    It was only when my liver completely failed that I qualified for PIP under special rules.
