hi I had a message in my journel asking me to send 4 months bank statements and I’d which I did right away as soon as I received the notification I then heard nothing for nearly a week but today out of the blue I had a call from uc just to ask about my current account as I switched banks a while back and they had NatWest down but I sent in Lloyds bank statements so she just asked if I had switched banks I explained she did not seem bothered that’s all she asked and said have a nice rest of your day has anyone else had anything like this ? Maybe my review is now complete I don’t know but I will keep everyone up to date once I receive any more updates in my journel

I don't think that is anything to worry about, she just wanted to clarify some details by the sound of it.

The next step is a telephone interview, they will put the appointment on your Journal.

Then if all is well after that a message will be added to your Journal saying the check is complete.

does anyone know how long the telephone assessments are taking as I just want to get it over and done with no drag it on for ages

Unfortunately we can't answer that from here, each DWP employee carrying out these interviews will have different workloads etc.

I have just had a journel upload to say I have a telephone appointment on the 19th so all in all it hasn’t taken that long

just had my call the lady was lovely she ran through the scripted questions she was only interested in my transactions she just asked a few names off my statement and who they were so I told her she then asked if I had PayPal or any other banks I said yes as I have pay PayPal and one bank with a savings account but nothing in it she said she will put to dos up on my journel just to upload them she did say there should not be a problem once they are confirmed she told me to look out for a message on my journey once complete I’ll let everyone know when it’s complete and how long it takes
