I have question in regards to putting disability sign post in front of my garden as my dad is wheelchair bound n i am partially sighted,is it legal if we only put sign n not apply for parking bay,its just for cricket and football goers they park in front as our lane is not marked for residents parking where is all other roads in our area are only marked for residents parking,it gets very difficult to park during matches,n our next door neighbour also faces same problem, please give suggestions what to do

There’s no harm in putting a sign up to ask them not to park there saying it’s needed for disabled access but you can’t force anyone not to park there.

Hi @Jesusislife, big welcome from me too 😊
I think Poppy is correct here, you probably can't stop people from parking there without getting the council involved, but you could try putting up a sign to let people know. Hopefully they respect your wishes and leave a space.
