Uc interview / documents

I don't have passport or driving licence to confirm my identity for uc online so would I need to go to job centre or do they offer phone Interview?
Also if have to attend job centre what documents do I need to bring and does it matter if letters are a few years old that I take ?

Hi @krj991, sometimes they can offer phone interviews and do what is called a 'biographical' test to check your identity. If you're not able to attend in person due to your disability or conditions, you will just need to contact them to discuss whether they can make different arrangements for you.
If you have access to your journal you could perhaps pop a message on there and they should also be able to advise what kinds of documents are suitable to confirm your identity 😊
