Hi, my name is Epam! Pension credit payments suspended with no reason given, what can I do?

Hello,

DWP suspeded my Pension Credit payments, its been 3 weeks no reason given.

They havent communicated with me yet. I have managed to fill a mandatory Reconsideration form but can't find the right address to mail it.

    I'd advise you to phone them on 0800 731 0469 to ask which address it needs to go to.

    Have you spoken to them at all to try and find out why it waa stopped?

    You can’t request the MR until you know the reason why it’s suspended.
