Self employed ( few hours a month ) LWRCA and transitional protection
I was made medically retired in 2021
Was moved over to universal credits receiving £850ish Transistional protection and despite having medical evidence of not being gainfully employed I was made to work 25hrs self employed and made gainfully employed at the beginning of moving to universal credits . Despite having ievidence and telling them . ( it’s all evidenced in my Journal. Needless to say I could do this and doctor signed me off . I was made LWRCA eventually after the sick notes triggered a wca . For three months I received the LWRCA payment which eroded my transitional protection by that amount ( fair enough ) and left me around £350 TP. Now this month all my protection has been removed stating I have followed my claimant commitment amount ( I do. It have one as LWRCA )
I’ve been passed back and forth given 5 different answers. No one including my work coach and the team leader can figure out what’s going on .
help !

Slightly different situation but I wonder if the first reply on this thread might also explain what's happened with you:

my journal has suddenly showing an entry that I’m not gainfully self employed. I guess my work coach forgot to add this . I’m hoping this is the issue and they will correct the payment
