I missed a phone call from case manager

I’ve been up most of the night unwell and put my phone on silent and went to sleep this morning to see a missed call then a text saying they’d ring again . I obviously never heard my phone . I’ve just rang up to explain and been told a decision has been made and I will get a letter . Can’t believe timing ! I’d only had a text a few days ago telling me I’d have result to my MR by 😔April so was not expecting to hear a thing yet. Have I ruined the whole thing ? She just said he wanted to verify a few things with you before making a decision but he’s done it and systems not updated to tell me yet . I could kick myself

Hi @Dendoo, sorry you've not been feeling well. I don't think you will have ruined anything by not answering the phone. Was it only the one phone call you missed?

it was 2 both today earlier through my fone volume been off when I was asleep , didn’t even know there was a text about the 2nd one with not switching volume back on smh joys of been older and not young having phone glued to my body . Thank you for replying what will be will couldn’t be helped if only I’d known before hand though smh minds running riot thinking alkinds now obviously wanted to speak to me . I thought it was 3 calls they done ? I’d of preferred to of took first one could kick myself x

well I’ve been on tender hooks all week. They said I have a letter by the end this week and postman’s never been again. Trying to forget about it but boy does it play mind games !

Hi no nothing yet 🤷‍♀️ I’m thinking all kinds now . Sooner I get it better for peace one way or the other . She said I’d have it by the end of the week which was Friday /Saturday. I know it’s only Monday lol but my nerves are frazzled x

Thank you me too. The nerves are through missing the calls it’s made me think I’ve fluffed it right up went through so much stress to of fluffed it up by been unwell and not having my phone switched on . Will update soon as I hear anything cos it’s nice to know you can come on here and soneone else has been in same position and there support here x

Hi just an update the letter just arrived . They’ve stuck to the original 6 pmts for DL. But awarded me 4 for moving around which I never got awarded before . Just digesting things I’m

not disappointed was expecting it . Will see where I want to go next .
