Tribunal refused but ignore one of my points challenge

Hi I wonder if anyone can help. My tribunal has refused my claim for PIP. I am claiming under deafness. I was awarded points organically for 2 sections I didn’t claim for and the 2 I did claim were completely ignored. Thes being communicating and engaging/mixing with others. As you can imagine, 2 pretty big requirements that are not easy when deaf! At tribunal they have awarded 2 extra points for communicating (still not enough for an award) and completely ignored the mixing with others? I am trying to work out if I can simply request querying is this a mistake as I spent over an hour answering questions explaining why I need support with mixing as I had raised this at appeal yet it’s not even acknowledged. I’m lost for words as I haven’t left my home alone in over a year except to go to work where I have a lot of support. Any advice gratefully received.

If you have been refused at Tribunal then you have two options,
The only route of appeal left is if the Tribunal made an error in law
Other than that a new claim is the only option left.
If you didn't have the support of local welfare rights from the beginning when you filled in the forms, that would be my recommendation.
