LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
Any breaks in providing Fit Notes will effect when the waiting period is counted.
What were the exact dates please that your Fit Notes were provided?
As of February 19th you don't need to provide any more due to the LCWRA decision.

Feb 19 2025 I passed LCWRA AND also had sick note from 10/01/2025 to march
wil I be owed 1 month or two months and Will my payment be this month Feb 290 -
Assuming your normal payment date is the 29th (and since there is no 29 February you will be paid March 1st).
August/September: Partial AP not counted for waiting period.
September/October: AP 1
October/November: AP 2
November/December: AP 3
December/January: Eligible for LCWRA element.
29th January: First LCWRA element paid
Up until now they owe you one month.
If it isn't on your next statement, this means they haven't had time to process the decision and will owe you two months.
Money owed is calculated separately. You'll know when this has been done as a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed. The money will then arrive several working days later into your bank account.
Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA themselves, or have Transitional Protection on your claim?

Thank you Kimmy, my next statement is due 25 Feb 2025.
It’s only me as I’m single.Does this mean I will get LCWRA AND UC?
Thank you for your kind help and explaining this to me.0 -
UC is a benefit made up of many elements. LCWRA element (£416.19) will be added to your UC award before any deductions.

Thank you Kimmy you have been very helpful.

another quick question, what deductions do you mean?
0 -
Some people have money deducted from their UC award for varying reasons.
Having capital over £6k, pensions, repayment of advances, overlapping benefits including Carers Allowance, New Style ESA, if claiming Housing Element then living with a non dependant, having a spare bedroom... Probably many other reasons I don't know about too!

I only get UC which I got advance payment.
no savings, I applied for esa new style and I was passed fit for LCWRA.
I have asked for my advance payment deduction to be stopped for short time will they accept?0 -
Repayments are not an area I have any experience or knowledge about.

Hello @mohK
They will usually only be able to pause the New Claim Advance repayments once, for a period of up to 3 months.
