in Everyday life

Coach Travel with electric power chair that folds up so fits in hold. The joystick needs protecting any ideas if anything on market ? Anybody else made something ?

    Hard Plastic container cut to size and strapped over control and onto chair arm.

    A friend has wooden box built to go over arm of chair and strapped to back of chair.

    I’ve had a couple of these foldable electric chair over the past 20 years mainly as an alternative flexible option when traveling - instead of my main Power chair Q300mini

    I simply remove the control box as all the ones Íve used and viewed are detachable for the very reason they are easily damage.

    When in a plane I take it in the cabin with me. Haven’t traveled by coach for too many years to mention - not terrible access anyway for me.

    Taking the control box with you is a great idea; I never would have considered it. It seems to alleviate a great deal of concern regarding damage while traveling.
