Lcwra reassessment
Hi, I sent my forms back at the end of November for a reassessment but still haven’t heard anything back. I phoned today and they said it is waiting to be seen by a medical professional and they are waiting for the okay from universal credit to offer me an appointment and said it will definitely not be paper based. I thought the medical professionals determined appointments and not uc? I’m confused. Any insight? Thank you
I did phone in January and they didn’t mention this then so must be a new development in my case

Hi @sim123 I have heard there are some quite significant delays in getting WCAs sorted at the moment, sorry your case has taken so long.
I'm not too sure who organises the appointments I'm afraid, maybe one of our members might know more about that.
Hope you hear back soon!
