    I'm. Still in a state over the uc review team unable to get through to me

    I was sat with the phone and bank statements in my lap but the phone nevet rang

    I got messaged in my journal saying he trued twice but phone went to voicemail

    I'm. So upset

    He wrote on my journal I failed to attend phone appointment

    Not true my phone never rang. I rang my mobile provider and explained and they have removed voicemail

    I don't have a clue why my phone nevet rang

    The agent Douglas sounded so angry in the journal

    Telling me to sort out the issue with my phone or my money will stop

    It's not my fault. I'm. So upset

    New phone appointment is 10 march 11am

    What if he can't get through again and they stop my money?

    I adked in journal if I can answer questions in journal

    Apparently not

    Wabts to discuss my bank statements and wanrs further evidence

    I've been thinking alsorts

    Oh bless you @Amberpearl. That sounds like a nightmare. Is there anybody who can test your phone by calling it today to see if they get the same problem? I wonder if there's a network issue you need to raise with your provider? And might be worth checking there's not a typo with your mobile number on your journal?

    Please take care of yourself. Treat yourself to a nice cuppa tea and some easy TV once you're sorted today 💛

    My number is correct

    My phone works as I got a junk call

    Three said they removed voicemail and call barring

    But I never blocked them

    I'm. Still in a panic

    Worried on the 10th they can't get hold of me again

    I'd give your network provider a call so they can take a look and see what's causing the problem. Alternatively, is there a different number that you can provide as a one off?
