ok 3 weeks ago, my partner(who I don't live with) got accused of benefit fraud due to someone reporting her to the DWP stating that I'm living with her(which I'm not) she failed to report a change. InIn

in circumstances…as a result it ended up having an IUC..which resulted in a sanction of no benefits for 3 months..my question(s) are can the DwP read comments on what's app as now we ft..even tho she agreed no contact with me to the investigators as aoodgoogoodggoogoodgoooodwil googoodggoogoodgoooodwill gesture..

Hi there @jacla_7172 and welcome to the community.
That sounds like a tricky situation, I'm sorry. The DWP wont be able to check your Whatsapp messages, but if she's agreed not to contact you as a goodwill gesture, it wouldn't look great if she was to go back on her word. That's just a personal opinion of course.
Unfortunately as I don't know the details of the situation or what was agreed, I'd be unable to say what is and isn't allowed, it would be best if she spoke to the DWP investigators.

Thanks fir getting back to me…it seems I have to wait until the end of may then ,that's when the sanction is lifted..only then we be reunited..
