Unfortunately even those with the most urgent need can find themselves waiting a long time for social housing, especially in London, because demand far outstrips supply.
You will be in a very long queue behind others whose need is more urgent and/or who have been waiting longer.
Does your area have a bidding system, or do all offers come from the council?
Medical points are important and will give you some extra priority, so that's a positive.
There is nothing else to be done I'm afraid apart from continuing to wait until such a time as they do have something to offer you.

Hey there @fll and welcome to the community. 😊
Sorry to hear about your situation, that must be very difficult for you. Hopefully they wont keep you waiting for a new place for too long. 🤞
