Oh whats next?! PIP after sorted UC...

They had my house assessment for the first PIP (changed from DLA to PIP) in 2019. Five years later, I completed the second PIP review form last year 2024, with support from my deaf centre who fill form for me, all put "no change". I don't know why another assessment is needed on 4th March 2025. It will be SignVideo(interpreter), not face-to-face(they said not anymore face-to-face, that's what my deaf centre told me what they saying(my deaf centre rang them for me).
I am still profoundly deaf, have speech difficulties, learning and developmental difficulties, and an sight-impaired(Usher syndrome)/night blind. These conditions are permanent. It's incurable; I remember the first assessment at home by Capita. The assessor said, "You might be cured in the future." That's impossible!
I have an eye test appointment at the hospital at the end of March (I need an updated record from 2013!).
Should I complaint to DWP by email?
