Question for ladies especially with ADHD do you or did you suffer horrendously with monthly cycles like two weeks before period crying raging bad thoughts ? Pmmd is linked with adhd and alot of young girls suffer from this I had from 12 till 50 hell on earth it's a histamine issue still don't understand fully if you have a young daughter family or yourself research pmdd I think my face tongue lips swelling because of histamine anyway it's very serious and should be made more public especially in the Mental health field I was sectioned the lot

I know a few people with this and don't think it is spoken about enough, so thank you for sharing @Catherine21. Even the NHS has the information on PMDD hidden at the bottom of a page on PMS.

OOh OK intreasting yes they didn't know at hospital terrible terrible I think of all people suffering this and not knowing god the rage is horrific definitely needs to be spoken about
