First time dad on UC

So I have been on UCWLR since before Christmas (due to bad physical and mental health, My partner and I are in a loving relationship and she has a child from a previous partner, my partner works full time, however we dont live together at this time, are there benifits ether me or my partner might be able too get or any resources we might find helpful we would really appreciate it.
