Hi, my name is Maniacallaugh!
I've just gone through one of these very intrusive checks, which sent my MH spiralling. It couldn't have came at a worse time, as I am still grieving for my beloved MIL who recently passed away. The message came two days before her funeral, and the day my best friend passed suddenly. So they have impeccable timing right, que the insensitive Indian woman on the other end of the phone, who threatened me with the removal of my UC, if I didn't comply. I was trying to comply, I just couldn't access my account. As a recent crash on my old phone handset rendering it and the sim useless. She wouldn't have any of it. She began to raise her voice at me, which agitated me an hour before my MIL's funeral. So I did the only thing I could do, at this point which was to put the phone down on her and email my former JC job coach who sorted every thing out with my now new coach. Complaint and all, yes I broke down again during the call with the guy doing the checks.
