Review or new claim

Hi everyone I have asked this before but never got a definitive answer and have been told different things! I would really appreciate some 100% factual advice if possible - won via tribunal nov 2023 awarded until November 2025 and am wondering will I get review paperwork or do i have to start a whole new claim? It’s been mixed messages I’ve had but I know things are delayed always so is it advisable to phone around now for forms? Etc
