What would you give up for charity?

If you've been keeping an eye on the news recently, you may have seen that legendary comedian (And Scope Ambassador) Richard Herring gave up his beloved Soleros for the month to raise money for Scope. He usually eats at least one a day, so that's a huge achievement, well done Mr Herring you legend!
This mammoth feat of mental resilience got me thinking; If I had to give up something I love for a month to raise funds for charity, what would I choose? I guess it'd have to be coffee, or Netflix. But if I had to give up coffee, would I be awake enough to log in for work? 😆
So over to you, oh lovely Scope Community. If you had to give up something you love for a month, what would you choose and why? Something you have, or do every day.

It would have to be alcohol! But as I've already given-up everything that in the past would have made me happy like swimming with my dogs in the sea and cigarettes (and that is all I am admitting to!) I have zero intention of giving-up anything! Life would be unbearably dull. Yet I do make fairly regular donations to two charities, so I don't really need to give up anything…

Oh I do miss cigarettes @Steve_in_The_City though I'm only just coming up to 6 months ciggy free. 😆 I suppose if you're already donating to charity, I'll let you off. 😉
This is all about giving up something you love to help others for a month @Bluebell21 but I do like doing extra for people too. Especially if there's cake involved. 🤗

@Albus_Scope Hi! Stick with being ciggy free! Well done for your first six months. Here is good wishes for the rest of your ciggy free life. Nothing in this world is better than being free of cigarettes. I have had problems with this, that and the other but when you get over these problems, especially tobacco, life is just better. Life without smoking is just so good! So focus on the positives - no more standing outside pubs or coffee shops in the freezing cold. No more feeling tense because you can't smoke etc…

That's a hard one for me as I've given up a lot of things, erm, ....takeaways maybe

Thanks @Steve_in_The_City and well done to you for quitting! I certainly feel better for doing it, but the cravings are still there. Plus I can smell a smoker at 100 paces now. 😆
Oooooh, that's a tough one to do @Sandy_123 especially with Just Eat and Deliveroo making it so easy to order now.
