Dealing with Employer Retaliation During Tribunal – Disability Discrimination
I’m currently in the middle of an Employment Tribunal process against a large employer and experiencing significant retaliation and hostility from them as things progress.
Instead of handling my grievance fairly, they’ve ramped up their aggression, blocking access to key information, dragging things out, and making the process as stressful as possible.
I know some people here have been through similar battles, and I’d really appreciate any insights on:
- How to manage employer retaliation, especially when they’re using procedural tactics to exhaust you.
- Staying emotionally resilient through months of hostility.
- Legal strategies that helped you push back against these intimidation tactics.
I’m keeping details vague for privacy reasons, but if anyone has experience, resources, or just words of wisdom on surviving a case when your employer is trying to break you down, I’d love to hear from you.
Feel free to comment here or message privately if that’s more comfortable. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share.
