There is a waiting period for LCWRA element, which is three full assessment periods from the date of the first Fit Note.

No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

You might not be due to be paid LCWRA for your February assessment period, even if you were a decision letter on 4th March & payment date of 8th March doesn't allow enough time for UC to process the decision.

Even after you receiving an award letter they need additional time to process the decision.

A few questions to advise you further:

What date was your health condition reported?

Were there any gaps, breaks handing in your Fit Notes to UC, any that were backdated etc?

Do you have Transitional Protection on your claim? This will be listed on your payment statement if you get it.

If the answer is yes, how much is it please?

Do you claim with a partner who gets LCWRA themselves?

Sorry for all the questions but your dates are not clear to me.

What date did you report the health condition?

What date did you submit your first Fit Note to UC?

    Thank you.

My estimate of your waiting period:

    November/December AP1

    December/January AP2

    January/February AP3

    February/March: Eligible for LCWRA element.

March 8th: First LCWRA element due

So currently UC owe you one month LCWRA element. If it's missing from your next statement, they will owe you two months.

Money owed is calculated and paid separately. You'll know when this has been done as a letter will be added to your Journal, confirming the amount owed. Your statements will also be revised and an updated version will appear alongside the previous one.

Payment will then arrive into your bank account a few working days later.
