Fibromyalgia
Hi we got a letter to say the telephone tribunal pip appeal will be in a few weeks , however my partner went to the musculoskeletal clinic yesterday because of her conditions getting worse . the nurse said she may have fibromyalgia, do we have to contact the tribunal service asap to tell them this or do we tell them on the day that they ring us please thanks.

Heya @ketokid I'm sorry to hear your partners conditions are getting worse. If you have the tribunal in two weeks, you can explain to them then, unless you feel the news is worth the tribunal knowing in advance?

Thanks Albus, do you like it might be possible that the DWP will ring us up with an offer before the tribunal or is it to late for that .

It's always a possibility @ketokid they can make an offer any time right up to the tribunal. So fingers crossed!

Could this happen with a first ever pip claim
Where you get to tribunal
Stage and an offer is made before havd? Or does that only happen if you’ve already been getting pip?

An offer can happen with any PIP application or review after an MR.
