PIP increase?
I received a letter last week about an increase in my PIP, but it wasn't completely clear to me what increases I was getting, though my parents helped me by reading the letter themselves, and it seems that I might be getting an additional £135 a month. I'm not really sure if this is accurate, although my parents seem to think this is the case.
Has anybody received letters about an increase in their PIP to the extent of an addition £135 or more?
This doesn't have anything to do with April's 6.7% increase either, just thought I'd mention that.

There isn't going to be an increase of 6.7% in April.

Sorry, that must've been Universal Credit only.

No not even that is getting a 6.7% rise this year.
More like 1.7%

Hi,
It sounds like you may have had a paper based review? If you were previously on Standard Daily Living, then an increased award to Enhanced Daily living would be approximately £135 more per month.
(Though PIP is paid 4 weekly, which isn't quite the same as monthly)

I think there was a mistake because the letter confirmed the amount that I usually get paid, and that additional £135 extra was due to an error.
