Eligible for another advance payment

Does anyone know why I'm eligible for another advance payment as ive just had one recently of 100% off my monthly allowance of 809 pound but it says I can get another due to changes in circumstance wich I can borrow up to 488 pounds I'm currently in migration from esa support group waiting for my first statement on the 20th of March

Are you certain £809 is your total UC award? If they had not finished calculating your award when they offered the first advance, they will adjust and offer more as more elements are calculated and confirmed.
