Hi @neil12345, have you already sent in your review forms? Unfortunately, it's not easy to say how likely it will be that your award will continue as it will depend a lot on your circumstances. Lots of people say they find it helpful to treat a review like a new claim and include all the available information you can.
Any changes to benefits would likely have to go through parliament and would usually start with new claims. I know that's not much comfort for many, but we don't fully know what will happen yet as the government have not officially announced anything. Hopefully we'll be hearing more soon.

It makes me feel that parliament does not care about health, safety, disabilities, health care, and mobility problems.

I can understand why it might feel that way @sben. There are lots of disability charities including Scope working hard to make disabled voices heard and telling the government how catastrophic cuts would be. We'll all be fighting the fight and hoping for a good outcome for everyone.

@Rosie_Scope , good to hear Scope will be backing all our rights in this fight . Like @sben , it worries me too much. I try to steer clear until officially announced but it follows me everywhere!!

This all makes me feel that I will not be able to pay for the care and support that I need for my health, disabilities, mobility problems, and medical care that I need and receive.

Hi @debbiejohn, Unfortunately, we don't have the details yet about what will happen or what the timescales will be. We have a discussion about the changes over here if you'd like to join in: Upcoming changes to benefits.

I'm reading so much scared mongering on social media site.
My husband is on pip & motability & support esa. He's physically disabled and suffers from social anxiety associated due to disability and depression after 44 years of coping his disability has finally stopped him working.
He's so struggling atm waiting to hear about these reforms.
HHis review is due at the end of 2025

I have lost my appeal, and according to the letter that I have received, I will not be aloud to appeal again.

Hi @sben I'm so sorry to hear you've lost your appeal. Unfortunately you can only apply to the higher tribunal if you can show that laws weren't followed in the previous tribunal. You can apply for PIP again of course.

PIP has refused me several times, and I have also been ignored.
