Hi phoned pip for a decision update, they told a decision has been made but couldn't tell the result as there was nothing showing what it was, have i been turned do you know, thank you

    I've read of a few people who phoned recently and were refused any information verbally.

    So frustrating and confusing, she said a decision has been made but she couldn't see anything about an award just a decision
