Won my UC housing tribunal

Good evening All my frist time on this i have a qustion please ..

I have passed my Uc tribunal on the 20th April on my hosuing benefit i have rang UC twice & they have told me that it's with the appeals team and they don't have any time frame on it ?

is This correct ?

As I have Won My appeal with flying colours as they didnt show up to the court plus there evidence was not correct please can someone help me with a time frame of how long I am looking at to expect answer from the UC appeals team please

    Huge congratulations on your appeal win, that's brilliant news! Is April 20th correct? That seems like a very long time to be waiting? It may be worth contacting your MP to see if they can chase this up for you. They tend to be very good at that kind of thing.

    Ok that makes more sense then @sara1988 I thought you'd been the worlds most patient person then. 😆

    It can take a few weeks (sometimes up to 8) for the tribunal and DWP to cross the Ts and dot the Is, so I'd try not to worry too much. But if they've not got back to you in another week, I'd suggest giving them another call. If that doesnt work, I always suggest speaking to your local MP, they can often chase things up very quickly.

    It's usually anything up to 8 weeks following a Tribunal decision.

    I have lost my appeal, and according to the letter that I have received, I will not be aloud to appeal again.
