Hi there @kiwisue and welcome to the community.
Firstly a huge congratulations on the upcoming marriage, that's lovely news. ❤️Benefits can change when living with a person, but universal credit isnt my area of expertise I'm afraid. But hopefully one of our community will be able to give you some first answers soon. It's also always worth checking a benefits calculator, just to make sure you're claiming what you can. 😊

Hi,
Universal Credit won't be affected by getting married. Only if you move in together.
If you are moving in together then you will move to a joint claim (slightly higher basic UC rate) but your partners earnings may cause a deduction on your overall UC payments depending on how much they earn each month.
Council tax is done by your local council and they each have their own rules so it's difficult to advise on that. You would most likely lose the 25% single person reduction. However if you also get a low income deduction then that may change as well.
