ADP appeal

Hi I've got my adp appeal really stressed and having really bad flare up of my arthritis. They've sent me my adp and I've read through it and the person who filled it out fir me has left loads of answers out not really emphasised my condition and pain. I've got a WRO from social work coming with me tomorrow and he phoned me and said he learned more about me 5 mins of phone with me than is in my form. I'm so fed up you go to these people to help and I feel so let down. My daughter wrote down all the points to make just hoping in goes I my favour

Hi @cazgee bless you, I'm really sorry to hear how you're feeling. It can be an overwhelming process, especially if you're going through the appeal. It's nice you've got your daughter to support - sounds like she's a great help. I hope your social worker visit goes ok tomorrow and best of luck with the appeal. Please keep us updated, and look after yourself. 💛

Hi had my appeal only need 1 point to get enhanced rate and I got it but was really questioning mobility as I only got 4 points so got no award but they still have to make decision on that but said I should hear next week. Had a great gut from welfare rights helping me was so grateful he did a brilliant job so fingers crossed I get some mobility points
