Are COL payments still excluded from our overall capital?

Hi, I’ve got a claim review coming up and just wanted to double check - last time I had a claim review (end of 2023), I know that Cost of Living payments didn’t need to be included in our overall capital.
Is that still the case?
Thank you

Yes if your total capital hasn't gone below the amount you received in Cost of Living Payments.

Also worth mentioning that it is the claimant's responsibility to say you still qualify for COL disregard.
If you don't mention it, they won't either and the disregard won't happen.

Yes, I will make sure to mention it!
