hi everyone. Very new to all of this. Thought I’d drop by and say hello, as I’m nervously awaiting the outcome of my review (first review).

I’ve also just rang the pip number to get my report and noticed there seems to be a new automated message on there that says something like, if you’re calling about the recent changes and you’re an existing claimant then press … if you’re a new applicant and not current receiving pip, press … Everything is so worrying at the moment, it’s hard not to read too much into these things!

    Hi @brokenlady, welcome to the community. It's not an easy time at the moment. I'd imagine they've had quite a few phone calls lately about what's being discussed in the news, lots of people are worried so you're not alone there. Nothing has been confirmed yet so it's best not to speculate or read into things too much at this stage. I know that's not the easiest thing to do when things are so worrying though!

    @Rosie_Scope Thank you for the much needed reassurance.

    I had my assessment done over the phone on 5th March so very early days still. The waiting game is so difficult at the best of times but add in all the speculation and magnification of right now and it’s doubled 🫠

    In a perfect world I’d be hoping for a change from standard daily to enhanced daily and possibly a move to standard mobility. I wasn’t really sure what I was doing when I initially applied and did it alone. So hopefully, this time with more clarity of what is needed, I may get a better outcome 🙏🏼
