Hi,
Backpayments may arrive in your account separately. The letter(s) should arrive within a week or two. The postal system is slower than an electronic bank payment, of course.
Have you been able to work out which rates you're getting from the amount?

Hi @TINY1425, welcome to the community. That does sound frustrating but as OverlyAnxious mentioned, there could be something else going on like a back payment.
If you're able to, you could try ringing the enquiries line to see whether they can clarify things for you. I'll pop the details below in case you need them.
Otherwise, unfortunately it might just be a case of waiting for your letter to see what your award is.
