How does CHC funding affect ESA

Hi @Rod81 sorry you've not had a response to this yet. CHC and claiming other benefits can be quite complex, depending on your individual circumstances. Have you managed to get to the bottom of it?

Thank you for asking Holly, I have made extensive enquiries about this and, as far as I can make out, it appears that my Daughter would still be entitled to ESA.
As I have only recently joined this forum I thought that it might also be a good idea to check on the experience of other members, in order to verify this information.

Bless you, sometimes it can be hit as far as responses, especially if it's quite a unique situation. But this outcome sounds like positive news and I appreciate you feeding back, as it might help someone else in the future on here who's wondering the same.
I hope you're managing to enjoy some sunshine today!
Take care.
