Thankyou I can't explain the anger I feel when doing forms yes big relief I put this up to say don't be frightened write your pain suffering anguish sometimes on social media people give bad advice saying what to write and say I don't agree with that and mines for mental health not physical and the length of the award is saying or I'm thinking pip will still be around 2030 ? How's your hair feeling glam the only forum I trust is scope that's me personally I'm sure many other sites but tiktok wth I'm 53 scrolling through tiktok terrified I deleted it

@Catherine21 , thanks for sharing again. Whatever you did has definitely paid off! Iโve done the same for my first review period โalmost a full update, like a timeline of my condition, backed up with evidence from GP consultations, consultant letters, occupational health assessments, my health diary, and more. Your post has given me hope that it wonโt be in vain. I will keep our community posted once I get an outcome Thank you!

Hah thank you! Yes I had to apply for a tribunal, but got the call a week after I did that to increase my award and give me 5 years instead of 3, so I'm happy I fought for it. ๐
But yes, it does take a while for the old brain to get out of the constant worry mindset. So get the kettle on and put your feet up for a bit. โค๏ธ
