Garage not accepting my Motability early return car

I have had a Motability car for a few years which has been amazing but I opted for an early return due to my relationship ending. I spoke to Motability, paid the £250 and they recommended calling the garage that I have the lease with as it would take less time than arranging a pick up with Motability.
Anyway, I have rung the garage but they won't give me a date that I can drop the car off. They keep saying call each day first thing but I can't as I don't get up until later due to my disability. I only have 6 days left to return my car (Motability said I had to return it within 2 weeks) and I have made no progress with the garage. Is it worth ring Motability and seeing if they can help?

Yes, definitely contact Motability again. I am a bit surprised they didn't organise the return for you in the first place.

I've now spoken to the garage (again) and they've said just drop in on Monday but didn't specify a time. I might drop it off then and if there's any issues, I'll ring Motability from the garage.
