Self employment and long term sick

I have been sick for over 30 years but don’t get benefit as at that time I never had stamps I was on income support.i done permitted work in the year 2020 and recently started doing a delivery job for a takeaway 12 hours a week to help me get out of the house because of my condition this money is paid into my bank weekly,
husband works usually busy but now very quiet and no overtime so went on two well known benefit calculators and said we are due a fair amount for universal credit and Scottish child payment .
I put self emoloyed for myself and on the journal it say I have to attend job centre to discuss my self employment . What will this entail does anyone know ?
I have my bank statements showing what they are paying me every week and I know I have to deduct 45p a mile for every mile I do etc
I haven’t sent in sick notes for over 15 years as they said I didn’t need to and I get national insurance credits even though I am not on benefits .
We do have a 12 year old child, we are so new to all this so not sure how it all works
