I'm new to this forum and I wonder if anyone can help me. I'm either constipated or have a blockage, how can I clear this please as it's quite rainfall

    Drink water or strong coffee and do gentle exercise.

    On the loo, place feet on a stool and elbows on your knees to facilitate evacuation. It could be trapped wind and this needs to come out.
