HI All
I hope you're all well?
I was sent an email from
pip.reasonable.adjustment.customer.communications@notifications.service.gov.uk
I'm not sure if it is genuine.
The email has got my name and says please click on link for attachment as we may need further information
And I have 12 weeks from date of
Email.
Has anyone had this .
Apologies if im not making sense
I'm highly stressed.

Hi @hass if you're concerned the email isn't genuine, it might be best to give the PIP helpline a call to verify it - 0800 121 4433. Sometimes it's better to be safe than sorry. 🙂

I've attempted the link and its yearly award increase letter.
Its from the reasonable adjustment alternative format department.
