Advice on ways to get power to my council garage?

I’m googling and batteries for Kymco Maxi XLS are coming up as 50 ah for used and 75 or 80 Amps new. Are Amps different to amp hours?

Hi @egister. The scooter batteries are 2x12v 80AH Lead Acid. The charger is a 24V off-board charger. From the written specs on the charger itself it runs at 300W. Does this help?

hi!
Perhaps you misread. Photos with specifications would be more informative. 300W is too much power for a 24V charger.
I think you should keep the charger at home and run a wire from it to the garage. 24V is too low a voltage to harm a human. And maybe wires for such voltage do not fall under the restriction.0 -
The garage is too far away for me to run a cable. I could get one long enough, that isn't the issue. It's a council flat and so the front and rear are open communal areas and the council deem it a safety risk. And the garage is council owned and communal as well so I have to be very careful.
These are the specs from the manual. Not very in depth I'm afraid…
Working voltage (battery voltage)...................................... 24Volt
2 batteries of make...................................12V80 Ah*2
Batterie charger .................................240V/8A
However I have provided pictures of the front and rear of the charger.
The information covered by the wire reads: 24v lead acid rechargeable battery (26Ahr-75Ahr).
Is this more useful?

hi!
Important parameters for council
Output Current(DC) 8A±5%
Charging Voltage(DC) 28.8V±0.2V
This is obviously less than the voltage in the home electrical network and does not pose a danger. It is important to know the original text with prohibitions.0
