PIP Decision and Mandatory Reconsideration

Good afternoon everyone,
I hope you all keeping well!
I have received my PIP decision today and i have been awarded the standard rate (i am not to surprised to be honest), but i think i should been awarded the enhanced rate and i have many reasons for that - medical records rather than assumptions over the phone.
I haven't gone through the decision in details, only briefly but i have noticed that there were many mistakes. For i.e - the grips in my hands, they did not see any issues with the grip. How they decided that over the phone on 20 minutes call, while i have a medical letter from rheumotologist that i have blocked carpal tunnel on both hands.
However, is there anyone or agency, i can reach for help and advise for the mandatory reconsideration?
Thank you in advance,

Hi @Zuzi69 and welcome to the community! You can try your local Citizens Advice who should be able to support you with this. Wishing you the best of luck with your mandatory reconciliation. 🙂
