I've had my WCA cancelled and a commitments review booked that i cant attend

Hey everyone

Hope someone can reply soon to this, my wca was cancelled because i didn;t provide fit notes but i was sick at the time so i didn't see the messages on journal asking for them (psychosis)

What can i do now, i have a medical appointment same time as commitments appt aswell

    You need to prioritise your own well being which it doesnt sound like you are doing.All the DWP need is the slightest inkling that you could be not as bad as you say you are and strike you off,i believe you cant do more than one missed appointment.So beware.

    Hi @somar3 , I have done this at some point in a work scenario.Sometimes life gets in the way to miss these kind of trivial tasks.I feel sorry for you. Nothing is lost. Make sure you communicate with your work coach . Surely they will be able to re-schedule your appointment at a convenient time and make sure you get a fit note when you see your GP and add it on the system . Surely, at some point you will hit the trigger for a WCA appointment. I’m not an expert . I’m just talking from my own experience. Take care and look after yourself.
