I love most deserts to be fair! πŸ˜‹

Sounds a bit boring, but I love a vanilla cheesecake (as long as it's a decent one).

And you can't beat a classic crumble!

But yes, anything sweet really πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚

Hello Everyone. I hope you are as well as you can be.

I have my own completely daft cookery book, that is meaningful me but maybe not to you! However, I have attached .pdf of my favourite desert that I make at Xmas, New Year and Easter and in all those in-between times when someone is dropping in for dinner.

    Sounds delicious @Steve_in_The_City!

My grandad used to make something similar with a biscuit base and lemony ice cream on top, it was always a favourite of mine.

Well Hello @Rosie_Scope!. Unfortunately I am old enough to be your Grand Dad, but never mind the vagaries of age! I am so old I have forgotten what I am going to say! Just stick with me for a moment….

On this coming Monday I think the 24th of March my friend and neighbour Elizabeth is coming down to have dinner. I have to cook something nice and spoil her. I think for desert it will be ice cream bought from Waitrose or do you think I should serve up something more spectacular, and if so what? I definitely ain't doing semifreddo! I am told I only have one life and it is short enough as it is….

I'm a huge dessert fan, but if I had to choose one, it'd be profiteroles. Love em!

I'd say go with what you feel will best fit the mood and the main course @Steve_in_The_City 😁
