Won my tribunal 26th feb CAN SOMEONE HELP

Good evening
I've won my tribunal and I was told I have to wait 28 days to see if I get a SOR my qustion is? Is weekends counted in the 28days or just Week Days & Is it from the date of the tribunal win or the date I received my letter from the court just confused if somone can help me please thankyou I've won my case on 25th February and I havant heard anything and my UC monthly payment came up I'm still paying back the money they said I owe them which the judge has told them to give me my money and what they owe me in 3 years can anyone help please

Hi @sara1988 Congratulations on your tribunal win 😊
For people appealing a decision, you can request a Statement of Reasons for up to a month after the date of the tribunal decision. So while I'm not 100% sure, I would be inclined to believe that the same would apply for the other side to request it.
I hope another member who's been through this might be able to share how theirs went though, so we can hear some first-hand experience. Fingers crossed things start getting sorted for you soon!

Thanks and I've won my court case so I wouldn't need a SOR but uc have up to 28 days to ask for one I've passed on the 25th Feb so I'm asking does it look likely I will receive one as it as been 3 weeks now, and I've contacted them on a number of occasions and they have said its still with the appeals team they haven't heard any word back and can take up to 8 weeks i was just woundeing as anyone's taking the full 8 weeks for them to get back to them ?
