Anticipating form AR1 in March 2026, anticipating decision 1 year later. Will new PIP rules apply?

My next AR1 form will likely arrive in March 2026. After I send it back, based on the last time I did this, I expect I'll get an assessment about 1 year later.
When this assessment takes place, it will likely be after November 2026. However, the AR1 form would have been filled out and received by the DWP before November 2026.
Do you think I will be assessed using the new PIP rules, or the old PIP rules?
Thanks a lot for any comments.
