You will be entitled to LCWRA (the UC equivalent of ESA Support Group) automatically, although it can take a few weeks to confirm.
You will not need to give any additional medical information or have an assessment 😊

I need support with Internet and phone and being supported with this as a safe space. Apparently gentlemen advised social worker that a home visit fro. Dwp staff will be arranged to view evidence. Tenancy agreement ect.
AAdvised tenancy was roll on and had 2017 rent on it but adjustments had been made and council paid direct to landlord. He advised tenancy agreement would need to be update with current rent on . Is this right

Yes they need to know your current rent, so will require proof.

I have a benefit letter with weekly rent and council tax obviously council pay . But I don't have proof of payments as it is paid direct to landlord by them as I am vulnerable will my landlord need to put on tenancy agreement updated monthly amount .
It was a roll on tenancy done through council private sector 2017

Yes you really need to have a tenancy agreement with up to date rent amount, that is what UC have asked you for and you need to supply.
