Hi, my name is Littlepickanicky65!

Hi I have Worsening Arthritis & I have received ESA since November after suddenly developing symptoms from March 2023 I have received a letter from DWP after the WCA saying I’m fit for work & my GP has been informed not to issue any further sick notes . My employers have asked me to return to work in June on a 12hr contract per week as I am now receiving physio etc I’m lost in my thought process of this & deeply worried as the PIP appeal was excruciating & it appears I’m experiencing the same treatment for the ESA .

Heya @Littlepickanicky65 and welcome to the community!
I can see your question is already being answered on another discussion, but I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hi. 😁1 -

Hi hope you are all well .
I’m still confused regarding the WCA & the subject is zapping any spare energy I may have I’m trying to give my head a wobble & I know I will have to seek some advice & thank you for the help on here .
I personally feel the system is designed to fail our needs ie the PIP assessment is the same question process as the WCA so I wasn’t awarded one so why would I be successful in another ?
I have a job they are holding a position open for me to return hopefully July whilst i have the treatments available to me I just need financial support as I have been in this situation for 24 months & it was November 2024 that I claimed ESA so not long & now they have taken it away . Im totally baffled 😱0
